Lindsay Lohan is selling her New York City home, according to NBC New York.
The actress is shifting her 40th-floor apartment in the Atelier building on 42nd Street for $1.2 million.
According to NBC New York, Lindsay put in $100,000 worth of upgrades into the pad.
The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment features a view of the Statue of Liberty, an open chef’s kitchen and stone counter tops.
River 2 River Realty is offering up the listing, which reportedly still has photos of the star in it as potential buyers walk through the apartment.
